Because they hate us for our freedom, right!?

On a more serious note, that's the myth I'm trying to expose with this thread. There's no creditable threat out to "get" America. :)

Anyway...

Depends what it's full of. What's its msds say? Depends if it's filled to the brim. Maybe it's an inch below so doesn't spill when opened. Is it filled manually of by automation? Depends.... haha

anything approximately the same density as water.

I used to work in a refinery as a temp job in Texas, so that's how I know about working conditions in a refinery.
You just ain't going to get shiny new barrels like that , full of anything, and be able to set them up all pretty like that, in a refinery or any other industrial setting.

supposedly they were full of nerve gas.

They pulled the plug on that story within a day.

No actually I think they hate our government because we interfere where we have no business interfering.
Iran who used to be our best buddy when the Shah was in charge, but became our enemy back in the seventies when after the Shahs corruption became to much to take he was deposed and then the CIA assassinated their democratically elected leader . Which perpetrated the hostage situation the demise of Carter and the burning of American flag in Islamic countries began.
In spite of this provocation they did not declare war on us, but they did end up fighting our proxy Saddam Hussein in a useless 6 year war where the US served as arms broker and which cost hundreds of thousands of lives and drove Iran into the arms of the Soviet Union and became their proxy.

Obviously the Bush Regimes Pax Americana , pathetic diplomatic skills and inability to separate reality from hubris has exasperated the situation to the point where there are so so many more people willing to kill themselves to get at us, than before 9/11 that eventually, yes, I think they will succeed again on US soil.

Al Qaida, the boogeyman or whatever, a credible threat to actually attack us militarilly :?: Of course not.
A credible threat to turn the streets of America into Baghdad central like the fear mongering Bush Regime believes they are preventing by curtailing our civil liberties and raping the constitution :?: Of course not.

I must apologise.

Untill doing some reading today, I didn't know that there was a public debate about whether there is, in fact, no "threat".

I got to keep more up on things.
